Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return.
  2. Eligibility Criteria:
    • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Important: Returns are not accepted for reasons other than damage, defects, or incorrect items.

How to Initiate a Return

    1. Your order number
    2. A brief description of the issue
    3. Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

  • Approved Returns: If your return is approved, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit or a replacement product (based on your preference).
  • Cash on Delivery Refunds: As we only offer Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed as follows:
    • For approved returns, our delivery partner will arrange a cash refund when picking up the product.
    • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents after delivery.
  • Items not in their original packaging or missing accessories/tags.
  • Products that are returned beyond the 7-day return window.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
